So lately ive had the worst sleeping schedule. It consists of going to bed really late usually around 4-5 am, and waking at 4-5 pm. No matter what i do, i cant seem to break it. I have run out ideas and time. Tour starts back up again soon and im afraid that my sleeping disease is gunna carry out on through tour, which cant happen! If anyone has any great ideas @ reply me on twitter, it would help a ton! :)
